Revitalizing Vancouver's Cultural Heartbeat: This Granville Renaissance Project Seamlessly Marries Historic Preservation with Modern Innovation.

The 800 Granville project is a transformative revitalization of downtown Vancouver's 800 Granville, fusing the city's rich cultural past with an ambitious vision for the future. The design intricately weaves the preservation of the iconic Commodore Ballroom and five heritage façades with the introduction of a modern, dynamic workspace, contributing to the resurgence of the city's entertainment district.

A distinctive ascending form introduces a new city silhouette while respecting the streetscape and preserving vital city views. Enriched by a 'fabric-first' approach to sustainability, the project targets LEED Gold certification, embodying a perfect blend of cultural heritage, architectural innovation, and environmental stewardship.
